An unforeseen problem I have is the weather in England. It's been raining virtually non-stop for three days so I've been forced to abandon my walks.

Not eating enough can put your body into a "starve prevention"mode in which it will try to store more fat than it usually does from the foods you eat. Eating the right amount of food could probably help you lose weight, combined with excercise of course.

It hadn't really dawned on me, as no part of my body stores fat other than my gut... arms, legs, all the rest - still normal.
But I was storing fat deposits around the middle. Didn't bother me. "**** it, I'll do it tomorrow." I watch boxing, don't do it.
But before I knew it, I'd eaten so many mars bars in a "sit down all day" office job, and drank so much coke I'd turned into a ****ing fat bastard.
I looked at myself in the mirror and thought "what a fat ****!"
In 2005 I'm ashamed to say that I'd drank so much Coke (I didn't even know it was fattening) I'd gone up to 215lbs. I went on the Atkins Diet and got down to 195lbs very quickly. It helps that I'm not NATURALLY a fat ****, it had just crept up on me.
But I'd started to get up to about 199lbs again, so I decided that I'd increase this with EXERCISE. I'm walking around 50 miles a week now, and it's coming back off.
I'm assuming that this lard is just stuff that's built up, unchecked, over YEARS, and not anything else?
Anyway, after a month I'm now down to 193lbs, with my ultimate plan to get down to 168lbs or thereabouts.
Any tips that don't involve heated exercise? Or shall I just carry on as I am and see what happens?
This time last year i was around 256lbs (a ****ing fat ****). Now I am about 190lbs. The best way I found to lose weight is basically watch what you eat and substitue the **** you normally eat for a healthier option and things that you like. So instead of drinking coke drink water/fruit juice. Instead of eating crisp/chocolate eat fruit. Obvioulsy mix it up a bit otherwise it will get boring but I promise you the weight will fall off. I cant stand people who go on about the atkins diet or the cabbage soup diet. Diet's in my eyes are a load of ****. Eat healthy and excercise. That's all you need to get in better shape and live a healthier lifestyle.
Also 12 months ago I couldn't run for ****. I swear to god the first time I ran i probably covered about 800mtrs and I was shagged. I kept at it and now I can run 6 miles quite comfortably and at a good pace. Obviously it has helped me lose more weight aswell. If you don't like running or feel like you cant then go swimming. It's low impact and again the weight will absolutely fall off.
In my eyes people that want to lose weight WILL lose weight. Aslong as you're motivated and want it enough it will happen. Set goals, stick to them and take pictures of yourself now and then again in a few weeks so you can see the progress you're making. Nothing will spur you on more than looking at pictures of yourself and seeing how you're improving.
finally.....
Good Luck

just try to lose a few pounds a month, it's much easier and less hard on ( i said hardon) the body to get rid of it gradually. plan for losing like 3-5 lbs a month or something. long walks each day will do it, i knew a guy who went from 230 lbs to 190 by going for long walks each day. the dude was happy when he could see his **** again, and he started getting laid.
Annie, u need to **** that ginger in the office, or i'll fly over there and do her for u

Bad week this week.... today was the first day I could go for a walk as the weather's been so bad. Plus, I got so tired on Tuesday that I broke my eating pattern and had some chocolate for the first time in months.
However, no fluctuation, I stayed at 195.5lbs.
I might boost this with the Atkins diet for a bit.

Every morning she would skip for 3 two minute rounds with a 1 minute rest break and do 25 crunches and 15 push ups during that rest.
