Anyone Ever Had a Forearm Injury?

2/3rds of my throws are Left Jabs, Straights, and Hooks. Lately in the middle of the bone on the backside of my foraearm has been killing? Anyone Ever Had or heard of this Injury? It's awkward its hurts alot right under the bone.

i have had this only when i stopped lifting weights for 2 months and started again. just take it light on training but continue training to work the pain out. it will eventually leave.

I got the same thing in the right forearm. It's to the point I can throw right straights. Get it checked out. 90% sure it's not the bone but tendonitis.
