    Alright guys, Im 6'2, 153 pounds, I hit 160 but we run so much in football practice and now i have basketball, I lost 9 pounds in 3 days the other night then gained 2 in two nights. I lift in the spring and the summer before football and it gains some muscle but not a lot since im so skinny and lanky. What is a good way to gain weight without taking protein shakes and **** like that?

    eat meat. eat muscle (and workout...duh) gain muscle....simple

      eat before you go to bed. pref. rice

        bottom line... progressive resistance training and take in more calories than you burn, but make sure they are from good quality sources and not useless junk
