Alright guys, Im 6'2, 153 pounds, I hit 160 but we run so much in football practice and now i have basketball, I lost 9 pounds in 3 days the other night then gained 2 in two nights. I lift in the spring and the summer before football and it gains some muscle but not a lot since im so skinny and lanky. What is a good way to gain weight without taking protein shakes and **** like that?
