Speak to Sean aboiut getting Ken Shamrocks book that I lent him 2 ****en years ago off of him. That has a pretty decent training section in the back that should give you some good ideas..

Do Squat thrusts with a jump at the end. Good for endurance.
Pushups, do lots of em. Change up where you have your hands to work your chest and the tri's.
Crunches and leg lifts for abs.
Lunges are good for legs.
For grip and forearm strength, hang your gi over a pullup bar and do pullups with your hands holding onto the lapel.
I'd also do normal pullups too and maybe even some chinups

also, have sex for increased endurance - preferably with a female human being, above the age of 17 and below the age of 65.
