against Ronny Navarro who is a sprotscaster for univision I guess. Hes smaller so I was laid back, we've sparred alot and he moves ALOT to the point of turning his back and actually running, hes southpaw too.

u actually look aright in that vid. good hand movement and good handspeed. add a little more head movement and stay more light on ur feet. im sure when u slim down u'll be light on ur feet no doubt, but thats what i saw from the vid. good job.

hes training trying to get in shape and loves the sport, boxers aren't born ripped as **** and healthy .. bunch of ****s, i KNOW hes devoted to it
