    also if I remember right Lefthook is a big guy ... I'm light at 165.. i don't load up with 84 pounds for running... maybe around 30...

      i highly recommend u load the vest up with all the weight and do very short sprints, like 15-20 sets of 20-40 yard sprints. you'll thank me later. give it a whirl and see if u like it. i know u will!!

        Yeah that ab wheel sounds like it'd help your core and pretty much every muscle a heap, but that vest is probably out of my price range right now. I'll try get one of those ab wheels tomorrow and see how i go

          why isnt it good for pushups? im curious. its added resistance. i was thinking about getting one once i heal up

            Standing up and doing the AB wheel is pretty impressive. I am not at the level yet but hopefully soon.

              i do pushups in them, explosive pushups. u could do regular pushups in them i jus like to do my regular pushups in between rounds during the one minute rest, and i dont wear the vest when im at the gym.
