best ways to bait your opponents??

Just wanted to hear some thoughts on baiting your opponent. What are some good tactics to use when trying to bait an opponent who immediately throws a hook/straight the moment your bring your hand(s) down??. I spar a guy like this sometimes, whenever we spar, he'll throw a left hook the moment i bring my right down accidently, i'm a southpaw. How can I bait and counter?

Keeping your hands low when in their punching range.It will make them think as if they can hit you,then you can counter it.

Maybe because he types like he's autistic and every one of his views is anti-American, with or without evidence to support his "theories".

I bait with my hands a little low, and then move in after he throws his straight right. When I'm in, I compress, and throw bodyshots. I'm a short southpaw. It works sometimes. It doesn't work sometimes. Nothing works all the time.

Parrying a right hook to the outside and moving in and compressing it, then throwing your right hook from his right side -- repeatedly, until he untangles himself -- is FUN.
