These days titles don't mean a thing at the amateur level. It all depends on who the competition is. I've seen people win Golden Gloves who couldn't box worth a **** simply because they had easy opposition. Your attraction to the fans is punching power and the knockouts you will surely get. It is sad to say but knockouts are hard to get at the amateur level against top boxers. There just isn't enough time to break them down. Chances are you will win a professional title faster than you will win an Olympic medal.

Once you learn how to turn that lefthook into a lethal weapon, you are ready to go.

Yeah I dont have enough time. Those 2 min rounds go by fast as ****. In sparring at my new gym.All I go is 3 minute rounds. Seems like you're rushed during the 2 minute mark. All is well though.

You're right about the punching power in the amateurs too. I can see me hurting someone and they hold.Like that one dude did.He held to a decision. I have a plan on what to do in the amateurs,if I can..I saw a guy doing it during the AIBA World Championships. What he did is do a **** load of flurries the first round to rack up the points, then he coasted the other rounds.

Im 5'5 but I think I grew 2 inches. Some ppl at the gym had commented on how I was taller. Then they said its maybe my build that makes me look shorter because I slouch alittle. Thats the problem ppl had with Tyson in trying to figure out how tall he was. Most thought he was shorter then 5'11 1/2.
