you have to e trained and work on it for years
and trail and error and incorporate it into your own
style. not everyone does it the same. and i suggest
you have some one tach you pointers and not try to
emulate floyd or toney
It's not easy to learn or use, it takes years. You need a professional trainer to slowly teach you and work on it for a while, but you still need a strong knowledge of the traditional defense to build on.
i try it out now and then in sparring, you can see everything coming therefor you can roll with the shots, leaves you exposed to body shots a bit tho. try it in sparring with a less experienced boxer thats trying to take your head off!!
