uhhhhhhh you burn more cals than 100 running a mile. I'd say closer to 200-300 depending on weight and incline, maybe even more if you're running up a hill.
I bet you burn 100 cals per round/per average on the bag. you probably sustain that burnage if you take 1 minute rests, but it would go down if you were taking less ress time (30-45 secs). OR if you were going 2 minute rounds instead of 3 you'd burn more calories over a longer period of time as it would be less of an anerobic exercise.
