    Fool Proof Morning Routine

There is always a constant debate on which should be done first routine exercise (push-ups, pull-ups, crunches, weight-lifting...etc.) or running.
My advice is the latter. The purpose of running first (outdoors of course) is to release toxins that are accumulated and stored within the body (from the previous day). forget about eating prior to running. The only thing you should intake before and while you run is water (although some may go for Gatorade or some sort of replenishing drink with electrolytes)
    5-7 minute stretch~calf muscles, thighs~hamstrings, and buttocks
10-20 minute jog moderate~steady pace (ensure that you maintain a pace that produces perspiration) Trust... your body will release toxins via ~ your nostrils, pores and cough~expectorating), This is normal and your body is cleansing, regenerating and replenishing itself naturally.
    2 minute walk~cool down
    2-3 minute stretch
    Proceed with routine exercise.
Trust you will begin to see the difference in your energy level and endurance.

That is similar to what I do, head to community gym and stretch, run on the track. Im slowly working my way up to 3 - 7 minute miles. Then I do some cardio. Then I go to school.

The only problem I have is - waking up to do it all.

Not to be a **** but toxins are you releasing from your body that your body? Your body does not build up toxins. It is junk science used to sell detox diets and colonics.

If your body stored any toxins you would be in intensive care and on dialysis. Your body is apt to keep homeostasis.

I don't disagree with your routine, I just feel the thought process behind it is fueled with incorrect information.

I am in the Science field for a living not a HOBBY I know exactly what I am talking about.
Perhaps you misinterpreted the word/term "TOXIN" as there are multiple meanings.

Since you are the only Human known to be free of Toxins (forget about "drinking water" and the very "air" we breathe). Please share this information with the World Population

                lol, struck a nerve,sorry.

so what toxins are you releasing from your body?

your body is designed to be in a state of complete homeostasis at all times. at any point that toxins were "built up" in your body you would be deathly ill.

your body can successfully filter out most common "toxins" in the ir you breathe, well as in the water. any it can't will leave you undermedical care forpoisoning... running in the morning or not.

                  also nothing is "foolproof".

everything you listed your body would do anyways, not because of running.

more you sweat = more you de-tox your body of the minerals it absorbs through air, food, water, etc..

                    simple.

salt is bad in high-doses, yet you need it after you've been sweating because it makes up a good part of it.
