i was doing 100 chin ups, 100 push ups and 100 sit ups every night without rest which i now know is bad for the body... i did this constantly for abt 3 - 4 months and saw a big change in my back/arms/chest/abs. but one day i was having an arm wrestle with a friend he kept me up for about 7 seconds and i put him down... after it i felt a really sharp constant pain in the arm i used and i couldnt exactly pinpoint were the pain was coming from, wat did i do 2 my arm? i just thought i pulled a muscle or something.... i mean it was really sore pain and constant, but then i took painkillers and it was fine.
