Best way to hang a punchbag??

i recently bought a punchbag and nw i need a place to hang it up, ive read that stands r pointless because they broke nd thas also coz it broke with me so i aint doing tht again. What other optiong have i got? i kno i could put it on a wall bracket but in order 2 do this id have 2 put it a brick wall would a wall bracket support it? if so then which ones are strong sturdy ones?, or hang it on the beam of a ceiling, but if i did this then id have to walk 2 my garage which is abt 100m away from my house nd i cant b bothered doing tht everytime i wana do bagwork.

from the roof hang it on the bream you can work around the whole bag then. who cares if you have to walk dont be a lazy ****.

lol ye tht sounds lyk the better option.. nd plus ive do pulls ups/ chin ups on the beams aswel jus got this soft tape thing wrapped on it
