my sparring is getting better and ive been enjoying it more for mainly one reason ive stayed relaxed and stopped thinking and just focused on my opponent.........im not forgetting technique its just before when i was all tense and looking for my opponents punches 2 things would always happen
1. i would think so much bout technique that i would end up throwing less punches and when i do throw punches there off target or to slow.
2. when i look for my opponents punchs and stare at theyre gloves my hands get jumpy and i take them out to meet the punches leaving myself open
its wierd but when i just let my mind go blank and try focus on doing well my punches are better so is my defence and i'm more confident
