Ok troops, i've been getting five or six requests....a day... for real... asking for my training regimine. Peoples wanna know all the details of my training schedule and what i eat. Peoples be like "squabbles, why da **** are you so fast man, cos your a super heavyweight whose got hands like a featherweight but yo' still got the power!".
Some of that talent, what can i say... is natural. But i'll admit, i got a few tricks up my sleeve. So..check out my training diary i kept just fo yo guys. Try and keep up...some of you fat mother ****ers might get a sweat on just reading this **** (Da1catas).
Ok...
Wake up 11am. Cos i'm currently not employed. So i go downstairs and do 30 press ups, 15 on my knuckles man. I then do 30 sit ups and go for a run. I clock up like a mile and a half. I don't time myself..but i bet i manage to run that mile and a half in like 4 minutes or something.
I get back 11.15am. My moms then makes me some cereal like frosties or something then i have some eggs and bacon. The ***** be like " dont have so much bacon its not good for your heart" and i'm like "*****! I'm a ****ing athlete!!" lol.
1pm i go to the gym and i do a crazy ass work out.
3 x rounds on the heavy bag
3 x speed bag
3 x skipping
and i only do one or two rounds of sparring so i dont wear myself out ...plus... i just can't get sparring partners who can keep pace with a heavy hitting sonnova ***** like me.
Then get a shower and go for lunch.
Lunch is usually 3 or 4 tacos. I gettem usually quite ****y so i sweat alot...so its like being in a sauna or something. So i cut some water weight through that.
Then i'm home, my moms makes me my final meal of the night - which is usually like another Taco - or i might order in a pizza or soemthing.
