What weight gloves do you train in?

Thanks i am going to buy some but dont no which to buy because there is 8oz, 10 oz and 12 oz gloves i can buy. Would it be better to train in 12 oz gloves?

Also, what are the best gloves to train in? What are your favourite make, style.

Or does it even matter what you train with?

Train with 16oz gloves, most gyms demand that you spar with 16's. What i did is i got two pairs of 16oz gloves i got a pair of the Everlast Pro's and a pair of Ringside ones
