Man these supplements I am taking have a **** taste and giving me a hard time and are too expensive. I will take protein NO1 by Tai Kane, it has 50% of collagen and 50% whey. 87g protein per 100g.
Tha sounds good? I mean fighters back in the day didn't take those supplements...
look in the and see if it was at least 25g of protein per scoop. Also whey protein isolate is better than whey prtein concentrate. Teh latter makes you **** like crazy.
