  • I've just started boxing....

    And my trainer has told me to do running on days when im not training on. I go tuesday, wednesday, and friday. How much running should i do? How far did you run when you started? How often do you run? What are the benefits of running apart from improve your cardiovascualr skills?

    Thanks for your time.

    p.s. sorry if they ares ****** questions, but i have only just started,

    run with what you fell like but don't drain yourself, but also push yourself tho.

      right so run at a quick jogging pace, not sprinting though just a quick jog. my block is about a mile all the wa around so im gonna try that at a quick jogging pace.

        well on a monday do a long run with longerr distance and on a thursday do a shorter run but at a fast pace if you like.
