rest 10 sec
repeat 8 times
bw squats 20 sec
rest 10 sec
repeat 8 times
punch out drill 20 sec
rest 10 sec
repeat 8 times
pushups 20 sec
rest 10 sec
repeat 8 times
16 mins of hell!
any other tabata style stuff you guys do?
