    try this for a killer drill:

    punch out drill 20 sec
    rest 10 sec
    repeat 8 times
    bw squats 20 sec
    rest 10 sec
    repeat 8 times
    punch out drill 20 sec
    rest 10 sec
    repeat 8 times
    pushups 20 sec
    rest 10 sec
    repeat 8 times

    16 mins of hell!

    any other tabata style stuff you guys do?

    i like to do tabata drills on the track too.

    also i do tabata with pushups / pullups / squats.
