    favourite conditing drill

    whats your favourite conditioning drill?

    i do a lot of the ross boxing stuff..

    burpees 30 sec shadow box 30 sec
    total of 3 mins..repeat 8 times.

    deck of cards..hearts=pushups,diamonds=pullups clubs=burpees=spades=squats=ace=100 crunches

    work thru the pack of cards as quick as possible..

    jump rope 100 turns
    20 press ups
    repeat for 20 mins

    i've played that game way to many times in my life for wrestling.... i want to burn those cards lol. Gets you in good shape though

    Cept we had it as Diamonds=Push ups, Clubs=Burpee's, Spades V-Sits and Hearts= Jumping jacks with touching your toes.

    We did the # that was on the car but if it was under 7 it was multiplied by 2.

    Their was 6 of us and we played through the game 8 times.

      Ross has a better one on his website, I think he calls it run carry press or somthing.
      200m run
      carry 100lb sandbag 200m fast as you can
      set of clap pushupst
      repeat
      The **** is crippling, but your conditioning routine would be good with it.

          a burpee is when you stand straight bend your knees and put your hands on the floor kick your legs back until you are in a push up position then bring your knees back in and jump up again

              ross is the man. enough said. i ALWAYS do his conditioning workouts they are ridiculous and i never get used to the intensity they work me over every time. great mind that guy has...

                  Does anyone have either book? i'm not sure whether to get infinite intensity or never gymless. Leaning towards infinite intesity though. Plus he is defently the man.
