OJ is good fo you mang. its got minerals, NATURAL sugars (that are built by the tree itself into the orange which is a TON better than SUGAR cane getting TURNED into even more POTENT sugar by MAN.. or worse.. CORN, MAN-MADE sugar), a little pulp for fibre, even a smidge of protein. can't go wrong with OJ.. even tho i dont drink it haha, i might have a glass tonight after training tho.

In fact, if you are taking creatine, mixing it in half a glass of purple g**** juice will create what is called a "creatine shuttle" that brings it to your muscle fiber cells quickly and with less waste than just water. Just beware of "juice" that contains like 10/20/30/40...70% juice. You want 100% and try to stick to organic juices with no added sugar. Avoid corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, and all that fake stuff at all costs. It took nature millions of years of evolution to provide us with what we need, so trust that, not laboratory created ****.
