biggest trick in the book. don't keep junk food within your living space. only place it's hard for me to say no to something is when i'm by myself, or i'm lacking self-respect.. but i rarely seem to be lacking respect when in public these days..

i eat a lean protein, complex carb and healthy fat every 2-3 hours.
pretty much if you bust your ass in the gym(and i mean BUST YOUR ASS), you can eat whatever you want.. i work my ass off and eat tons of healthy foods and stay lean

Of course junk food should be avoided, but I think the secrets are in the book.
Daily diet is important for our health, so we should follow a right way. The book - The 5 Factor Diet changes me a lot. Not only do I feel better than ever, but now I can have guilt-free pizza anytime, and that has made me happy. I think It can work for anyone, you can look up

                  Easy, Easy plan

Avoid anything that says partially hydrogenated, Highfructose corn syrup, And Enriched Four. Like the plague these are enemies.
nothing enriched keep it whole grain.
Don't fry your food, some oils are very healthy and consuming them will help you out, But when you fry in them you change the oils benifits from good to bad. You can rub some oil on a piece of chicken and bake it for example.
Avoid preservatives. Which means you need to stick to fresh foods.
Sugars need to come from food, don't consume refined sugar.
                  Keep carbs complex.
And eat a ton of protien. However watch the fatty meats. You don't want a lot of that at all.
Once you get used to these guidelines you see your diet start to form. And see that it is fruit and Veggie heavy

Working out 3 times a week is fine, but you need to make sure you get a good hr of aerobic exersize at least every other day. Walking every day would do the trick wonderfully.
There you have it. Don't get any easier.
