are they both equally effective for a fighters conditioning?? or are there more benefits with conditioning drills (burpees,snatchs,swings,pushups etc.)?? if it's really bad weather outside like heavy rain, would a conditioning circuit be a perfect replacement instead??

high speed conditioning drills vs long distance running

they both serve a purpose and must be incorporated into a workout to be complete. u need long distance running still regardless of wut u hear, jus not daily... 2 or 3 days of long jogs will suffice, then intervals and sprints on the other days, and 3-4 days of conditioning drills. and also, if its raining or snowing or windy or wutever, u still go outside to run, no matter what!!
nor rain nor sleet nor snow....ur like a motheruckin mailman son!
