I almost couldnt fight yesterday because of my blood pressure. It was 155/94 for the highest, then the lowest was 141/94. I guess I have to take pills for that.I always wondered why when I get dizzy and lightheaded when I get tired. Weird ****,some of you guys might have it.

A conditioned body and extreme work outs can hide serious symtoms. Because when/if somthing is wrong you blame it on the work out.
Just go to a doctor.
I was lucky enough when i went to a doctor to get my health checked out, he was a doctor that knew how a boxers body worked because he used to train with boxers and actually help them in there bouts. So besides curing my symptoms he also gave me advise on nutrition.
What is your diet like?
Do you eat a lot of candy, fast foods, drink a lot of soda?

if i ate any/much junk food i probably would. my dad has it naturally (he is also obese) but he had it even when he was a stick like me.
i know it used to be kinda high, just because when i got physicals they would check it several times haha. they hate tellin people under 20 they have HBP, i'm sure, especially when they look to be in good shape. i think my heart naturally just beats a little harder sometime, softer sometimes. i don't think it means your in bad shape at all. just another way genetics screws some people.
if anything i think that my heart hurts my BREATHING. i'll completely forget to breath enough sometimes because if i suddenly switch from going hard to going soft my resting heart beat can get really low and so when i start back up i naturally won't be breathing as hard unless i actually put brain waves to it.
oh well. ****in hearts, ****in genetics, ****in ****.

I have the same thing as you with the breathing. Unless i actually put thought into it ill forget to actually breath properly a lot of times. Even if im just sitting down. Boxing has shown this to me more than anything because relaxing and being able to breathe properly is so important.
Aparrantly its very common in black people which could be true because literally my whole family has it, (mum dad grandparents etc)

i think my BP is good, but either way when ur gettin checked before a fight ur gonna be all anxios and nervous so naturally ur BP is gonna go higher than it normally would so it would appear u have higher BP than u normally do. i know mine gets higher right before a fight, but i dont believe that no ones BP stays the same from regular every day blood pressure, to prefight blood pressure. everyone gets nervous, and their BP gets higher...
