hey guys i gotta problem with my back the muscle just above my right shoulder blade is very tense should i rest or will it be fine to carry on training (im 15 i don't know if that makes any difference but im still growing) and also i've been getting this feeling like a stich in the side of my stomach when im not even doing any exercise
its pissing me off because my body feels like it needs to rest but ive just started half term so i want to train hard this week and i know i'm not in fighter condition yet so it feels like i can't be missing out on training
