ay man, check it out, every single person goes through what your going through, I dont care if your a world champion, or someone trains out of your garage, sometimes you just need to sit back, relax for a week or two or whenever you feel ready, rest up your body an mind, watch a few tapes of your favorite fighter, listen to some music, think about your goals in life.. And 9 times out of 10, you'll come back stronger then ever, happends to me every 3-4 months, it aint no big deal bro, dont let it give you doubts

this week has been awful for me, too. i basically stayed in weekend mode.. ick. i did get 2 classes in on monday, an 1 1/2 hour open workout yesterday (shtty two rounds of sparring included) and today ill hopefully get 2 hours of open, 2 hours of class, and an hour in a non-boxing gym running a mile or 2, shootin hoops, and gettin bak to lifting.

part of it has to do with over training last week especially.. just gotta keep the dream alive!!

i was questioning myself.. but i know that i've got the drive, i know it. i know i've got that fire. i know it.

          you all do too.

Pitbull...i've been a bit lax on the training lately. (not good timing as the season has just opened up).

Get yourself to an amatuer show with your pals from the gym, or pals from the boozer and it'll get you ****ing raring to get in the gym.

Just been to Barnsley tonight and watched the fights. Its left me proper buzzed. Can't wait for training tomorrow... gotta get good! gotta goooo! Got my blood pumping right bad.

I don't agree Tyson. Everyone loses heart from time to time.

People have different ways of getting out a funk. This game takes so much dedication (much more than regular amatuer sports) ....so much hardwork and effort. It can wear you down after a bit.
