So, I do Cardio & Hit the bag about 4/5 times a week, but every time I go home, I just chill out and eat (probably to much) Just wondering if you guys have any extra tips to keep up motivation. Back in the day I had no problem with this, although now I work at my job 10 hours a day. What keeps ya'll motivation up?

Next time someone at the gym has a bout travel along with the club and soak up the atmosphere. You'll come away from the event wanting to box more than ever I assure you!

well if ur takin abt during a workout then i just listen to music.... try treating yourself to a munch every so often (3 weeks) but not to often. in between these time just think of it as this my physics teacher once told me that if u took away ur remote from a tv nd pressed the button everytime u turned the tv on then u cud increase ur life expectancy by 6 months just from the excersize u get from that!

I have the same problem after work, just have a half hour nap straight after you have a small meal when you get home, when you wake up you'll be full of energy and ready to go. Or like the others have said head along to a bout with your club mate.
