Ok guys I won it tonight. I weighed in at 157 fought a guy that weighed 155 he was alot older than me. It felt like a never ending sprint on a treadmill when I got in there. I got caught in my nose the first round and my nose started bleeding so that took some of my focus off the fight and put on my nose. I was sticking and moving the whole fight due to the kid coming after me like there was no tomorrow. My nose is very sore, is there any methods or anything you guys do to heal a sore nose?Watch the videos really close and you will see.

Is it a strange feeling fighting in the middle of a resaurant like that with people eating dinner with that atmosphere and stuff rather than in a gym or in front of a regular crowd?Comment

Winning always feels better than losing. But you should concentrate on winning the right way and conversely not losing the wrong way. Eliminate the flaws from your style then you will give fewer opportunities to your opponent to beat you.Comment
