I got sick last weekend with the flu. My question is...do u guys take time off or do you train?
Right now..nothings fun i feel like the biggest nerd bringing kleenex on my runs
Sparring is ruled out because i got gassed within 2 minutes hittin the pads.
I started coughing yesterday while doing bench press and almost dropped the weight on myself and i didnt have a spot.
Skipping i have to constantly stop cause i cant breathe. (which is really embarassing...i feel like a fat kid)
Should i keep training or just stay in bed for a few days.
The thing is if i dont train i know im just gunna lay around playing 360 get into a game and fall behind in my training
