im getting stuck with doing the same boxing workout..any tips on what i can change or add to this schedule?thanks
10 mins stretching
4 x 3 mins jump rope
6 x 3 mins heavy bag
30 sec punch out drills with 10 sec rest x 10
2 x 3 mins jump rope
3 x 3 mins ab work(usually 30 sec of eachcrunches,v ups,leg raises etc)
10 10 10 10 10
pushups,diamond,wide grip,wide,pullups,chin ups
10 mins cool down with stretching..
i also lift weight 3 days a week..8-12 rep range.as wanna add a bit of muscle.
and do conditioning drills 2 - 3 times a week.
