  • is this to much??plz help!!

ok so im sorry if this sounds like another "im unfit and was wondering if there was some easy way for me to be lazy and still get fit" qeustions but this is bothering me and i was looking for awnsers on the most sensible way for me to make progress..........basically i've been boxing from pretty much the start of the summer holidays and have just been moved up to train with the adult group which is much more intense we go for a long run roughly 2/3 miles up and down hills (mainly up) then intervall training when we get back to the gym like 3 rounds shadow boxing 3 rounds heavy bag 3 rounds sparring etc etc...... i just couldn't keep up so i've decided im gonna have to train way harder at home

anyway sorry to drag this out but i'll try to be brief..... pretty much i did 45 min on the exercise bike with a coat on to sweat more burned off roughly 600 calroies(dunno if this is a lot or to little, but my exercise bike has got something that measures your pulse and that ****) and my plan was to then do interval training 3 2min rounds on the bag then 3 2min rounds skipping........ i tried doing the 3 rounds on the punch bag but i was really punching hard enough and wasnt throwing as many punches as i should of then i tried skipping and my back was hurting so i decided to have a rest

anyway wot i wanna know is would i achieve more progress if i did the interval training and the cardio(will be either exercise bike or road work) seperatley or should i just keep trying untill the interval training at the end seems easy??
