FUUUUUCK im so prone to finger sprains and its really pissin me off. Sprained my middle finger in a fight last night it looks fine but im wondering if its possible to train without doing to much damage. I can suck it up and train through the pain in fact i just went a round on the bag and it hurt but theres this annoying lingering pain.

My next question is has anybody quit smoking here? I used to be a (SKINNY) rough and tumble little **** kicker till i was 13 when i started smoking. I "thought" I had calmed down cuz of age and other circumstances but its like im reverting back to being a ****ing head case. I dont like this mad at the drop of a hat bull**** and im wondering if anybody knows ne thing to help calm you while you quit (im hoping smoking is THE problem) or any stress relief **** or whatever. and dont make fun of me im serious about this im actually disgusted at myself for what i did to this guy last night i didnt kill him but he looked like he got beat by 6 people.

well, let ur finger heal before u train too hard with it. u can still do LOTS of stuff like shadowbox, jump rope, run, etc. that dont involve punching an object. give ur finger time to heal.

as for the second question, difficult to say. some people are ****heads when they quit smoking. i never puffed on a cig in my whole life, so i couldnt say, but i would jus say to try and convice urself to keep ur cool under any circumstances, well as much as u can anyway. life's too short my man.

if you're prone to finger injuries, it means they're not strong enough, try doing fingertip pushups and knuckle pushups for awhile and see how it goes.
