Trick your mind boys...you ever noticed a certain day you're working your ass off like hell..ever notice you are not thinking and your mind isn't polluting your brain with ****** excuses or that you want to quit.

Trick your mind, tell yourself you love runing and it will be easier.

Thats what I do,and it works. I got a contusion on my foot from some Masonite(at least 150lbs) falling 5 feet and landing on my foot.I went to the hospital and everything. But something tells me in my body that I gotta run.So I ran on a ****ed up foot even when the doctor told me to rest for a few days.Crazy ****.

best advice i got from an old school boxer was "dont think about it just do it" may seem simple but it worked for me, dont even give your mind the chance to think about why you shouldnt do it JUST DO IT

yeah, i apply that a lot when i have to study. cos when i start thinking how boring or how lazy i am i just dont do anything, but if i dont think about it and just do it it works :P

Dotn say **** like that... Your gonna make taking over too easy for me.

I say you should start waking up to shadow box hard for 2-3 mins every morning... then see how you feel.

think you can do that? If you wanna sleep after .. go to sleep... Just make sure you do this for at least a week.

Its obvious you would like to run...if waking up this early doesn't change your mind run as soon as you think of running.. even if its 3 AM 1 am 4:37 pm As soon as you get the urge just do it...

I know it sounds ******, but it is what it is.
I was gonna say the same thing. I notice too that when I run in the morning, I usually get my second wind around 5pm which when i get off work and head to the gym to train which I find to be a very convenient time to get recharged. It's all about giving yourself positive reinforcement.

Try getting up at 5-6 for 2 weeks and during some floorwork and eating a light breakfast. After 2 weeks get up and run every other day and do floor/breakfast the other. After another 2 weeks, just run. It should be habit by then.

                    runnin

when you have an early run its the best i love the fact that theres no one around just you and the cold air you can run any where then when youve done it you can just chill and you feel a lot better with yourself cause you know youve worked hard its all about you know else is gona run for you ,just get you head down and go its all about discipline .keep running

WORK HARD NOW SO WHEN THE FIGHT COMES YOU DONT HAVE TO
