i was able to do those in high school when i was wrestling. i could only do 4 before my arms gave out. its one of the hardest things someone can do, IMO. it drains ur muscles so badly and so fast its crazy.

Only people who have already made good gains will need to change up their training like that to shock their muscles into new growth. Most people starting out will be fine with just general basic lifting techniques. Anybody already past that who feels they are at a plateau can try things like negatives, burn outs or super sets to shock their muscles into new growth.

As for not taking suppliments..Protein is basically the building blocks for muscle growth, repair and recovery so why anybody into lifting wouldn't want to take in as much protein as that can is beyond me. I've been using Maximuscles Cyclone (www.maximuscle.com/cyclone/products) for about 6 weeks now and the difference i've seen in myself has been amazing.

That guy has proper build IMO. Not too massive. He looks like sprinter (he has other instructional youtubes) or middle weight boxer. Excellent shape without losing stamina and sacrificing speed.

#1. the term all natural in fitness refers to not taking any hormones, not supplements.

#2. supplements are just fine. they are an addition to an already stable diet and workout regimine, not a replacement.

#3. the man in your sig is HARDLY all natural.
The man in muh sig is a pure athlete, he aint no sean sherk.
