  • training when ill

so i woke up on thursday and felt pretty ill but had been slacking a bit on my training so i went to boxing treining anyway then yesterday i felt pretty much the same as on thursday but went to work and then trained at home a bit and today i feel proper sick but i hate being idol...... will it be make me sicker training today or will it just be harder because of the cold

sorry bout makeing a new thread for it just h8 being idol but have been advised to just rest....... the problem is wheneva i take a day off or slack i end up beating myself up the next day about it and train as hard as i can then the next morning i wake up tired and acheing and don't work as hard as i should so the cycle continues lol

fair enough what i was more worried about is training while ill meaning that my cold will stay with me longer or would it be better to recover then get back to training hard..... im not in great shape but im getting there ive been doing this for coming up to 2 months ROUGHLY and ive gone from 13 and a half stone to 12 and a half (im 6ft) but i still got a lot of work to do im happy that im makeing good progress physically but mentally i think im probablly to vain i worry over ****** things like whenever i have a day off i wonder if i will have put on weight (wich i may have done or may have not but i don't think you can make a big difference in one or 2 days) i'd like to know more about how your wieght fluctuates over the course of the day (i don't know if that's how you spell it or not but what i'm talking about is how things like going to the toilet and drinking large amount of water can make wieght go up and down over the course of a day)

if anyone has any articles on this im happy to give karma cheerz

I had this thing all summer long where my immune system was lower than normal, and my doctor told me to stay active but not kill yourself. He said something about staying active that makes you bounce back better.
If youre wondering about weight fluctuating throughout the day you should weigh yourself every couple of hours. I did that for a couple weeks and would notice up to a 5 lb difference from the time I got up to the time I went to bed.

alrite cheerz m8 its just annoying i am a bit of a worrier and need to stop thinking si much when i train...... not that i don't have dedication its just i jump to conclusions to quickly probably like i find doing ab work harder than usuall one day and then im thinking bollocks i haven't been working hard enough im going backwards and then i beat myself up witch then gets in the way of my training witch then makes ab work harder lol.......n e way i appreciate the help guys seeing how this isn't really a very simple qeustion......i geuss its just one of my flaws and something i will have to work on...... no one can help you over the internet that much and i don't want to end up being someone who talks about all the things there gonna do and then never gets off there ***in ass lol
