k ive finally finished rearranging my room so i can move round the bag (mostly) and i saw a vid online where he had marks (targets) on his bag and preached about theyre usefulness for aim and combinations but didnt say where they go, does nebody know where they go?

its up to you, whatever you like practcing on the most. but just to help you out, put some on the sides for body shots, but on at the solar plex, and then a piece up top for jabs and straight rights to the head. use your own body to judge where these places go.
