HELP: How 2 Hang A HeavyBag?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111111

I have 100 ibs. heavy bag and i need to find a stud or whatever it is in the ceiling that you hang it on?...
But the stud finder doesn't help and the attic is covered in insulation and i can't see, so i'm helpless...

its a newer house and im trying 2 hang it in the bedroom

first off there should be somewhere on the upstairs where you can look at the beams going across your 1st floor you have to look inbetween both floors there should be large beams and smaller ones find one of the larger ones and pierce the plaster next to it so it makes a little hole on through the cieleing on the downstairs then go downstairs see where the hole is and mark a square big enought to put whateva type of hook or whateva it is then just cut all the plaster board out underneath the beam and hang your punch bag directly on that

find your light socket and knock around it till u figure out where the stud is and is running. some houses have a stud every 24" but 16 is the most common. so just keep goin over 16" at a time till your where you wanna be but dble check by knocking on the ceiling just to make sure you dont want a million test holes. best i can do from here good luck
