How do i know how many calories a day i need....

how could i roughly figure out how many calories a day i need in order to stay the same weight, am 73kg's, so am guessing about 3000 calories a day

Some websites have caloric calculators tht say how many you need based on age, *** and size. I don't know any off the top of my head but if you search it you could find something.

cheers guys, just checked it, i need about 2777 calories to break even
