I only have a 75lb heavybag and speedbag, 6 dumbells and a buttload of free time. But this is the workout(s) Ive devised and id like ne opinions on anything I can change or add.
Stretches 5min. Shadowbox 2rounds. Heavybag 4rounds +30sec fast jab drill each round. Speedbag for any duration I like but at least 12mins with occasional short breaks. Burpees, Jumping Jacks, Lateral Jumps 15,15,15 x 3 (45sec rests). Heavybag heave and press 3 1minute drills. Pushups every 3rd a dbl clap 4 sets of 25. (All of the next exercises i do till i decide its enough) Explosive Unilateral Dumbell Presses, Explosive Dumbbell Bent Rows, Explosive Overhead Tricep Extensions, Dumbell Side Twists, Dumbell Jump Squats, Wrist Bends (with springy wrist excercise do-hiccy thing) 200 left 100 right. And since i hate just jogging I do a relatively slow jog but run over any big hills or piles of dirt, jump any gaps and fences on my way to the parks (we have 3) where I stop to do as many chins as i can I jog to each park.
