Sets of the medicine ball getting whacked on your stomach by your trainer or partner at the gym.
sit ups, half sit ups, crunches, basically build up your abs to get them stronger. Make sure your elbows are tucked in when sparring to because a lot of good body shots will hurt most boxers.

If you've been boxing for that long you can't really know if you have a good chin or not as more than likely your sparring partners are going to be taking it easy on you. Just do core exercises to build up abs and obliques thats all you can do to protect yourself from body shots.

I found that side bends really made my sides tough (bodybuilding.com has pics n descriptions) and if you just suck in your gut as much as you can throughout the day it works internal ab muscles you dont see. make sure to suck in your whole midsection otherwise its just not the same. best thing about it is you can do it anywhere anytime and no one knows

Keep your elbows tucked in at all times. Then you won't have to do a trillion crunches.

Your elbows and arms protecting your body is a lot better than relying on your stomach muscles.
