what kind of exercises do you guys do in your floor work routine at the gym?? also do you do it before, during, or after your boxing stuff?? do you guys do the more difficult variations in the beginning of the workout (handstand pushups, 1 arm pushups etc.)??

http://www.sport-fitness-advisor.com...ty-drills.html I do some of those drill, but in total I do 10 different drills as fast as possible. I wasnt doing these drill when I took video of me sparring though, and no pushups or pullups neither. I gain muscle rather quickly,so I dont do those.I only want muscle where it wouldnt benefit me in boxing(Since Im already stacked and short as it is.) So I do situps.

I usually do a few rounds straight on the jump rope, then situps. I don't do to many pushups and am just starting to do chinups, both excercises need more focus. I am also going to try to step my roadwork up to every morning around 5:30am. All I know is that when I take my first amatuer fight, I want to know that I am very well conditioned. There's a lot of work ahead.
