    Hey guys new to this site. Just wondering from you other fighters how many days a week do you train and weight train and what type of exercises do you do.

    do to working i noramlly get to train 3-4 days a week. i do wieght training in the mornings when i get up( i run to the gym its a fair distance) then come home have breaky, rest for a bit play some video games visit my bros then lunch then after lunch i go straight to it with jump rope,speed and heavy bag, some polymetric work outs, and etc

      I train monday-thursday and Saturdays boxing stuff and i lift about 4 times a week as well doing compound movements ala bench press, squat, rows, military press. and i'l also throw in lunges cause strong legs are really important in this sport. then of course i do my push ups sit ups pull ups and dips

        i train monday thru satuday and i swim and i swim on sundays (light swimming)

        i weight train on wed and sat, compound movements only, like olympic lifts and ****.
