if you just keep sparring youll get used to it, the more you do the tougher youll be and the easier it will be to take a hit.

Let one of your friends punch you in the face. Once the adrenaline kicks in the pain isn't really much of a problem.

this thread is ridiculous. if u want to box u get to a gym u train then u spar and if u cant handle getting hit, go play tennis or sumthin. what kinda silly question is that?? we handle the pain cuz thats the sport we love, thats how we handle it...
