is there a difference between bag and training gloves

cuz I want some 180z to hit the bag with but it says they are training gloves..does that mean sparring only?

wow 18 oz ? i have 14 oz and i already think those are pretty huge , and im a big guy ..... have you tryed them on ? are they confertable for you ?

You must be a hard hitter to get 18oz gloves,might wanna reconsider that.

Training gloves are sparring gloves, dont use them on the bag.

do u really feel that there is that HUGE of a difference between bag gloves and training gloves?

i mean in my experiences i have sparred and hit the bag in both to no ill effect, so i dont think its the end of the world...

My trainer said the padding is set different in the gloves.

no i dont have slow hands.but 18 0z gloves are way bigger than 10 oz. there for a lot easyer to see and a lot easyer to block. 10 oz is the weight amature use in fights.
