    boxing great body

    hey im doing boxing and want 2 get great abs and a nice chest but i dont wanna lose any speed! and also i need 2 sort my nutrition out! n e help???

    well you'll have to train and get in shape and the abs and chest thing will come and to aid it all just to more situps and pushups and train hard.the dieting thing will depend on your age, alot the people on here are against the dieting in your teens. but my advice is just cut out alot the extras ex: alot fast foods and deep fryed items. dont gotta cut them out just treat yourself to them to once a week or so.

      yeah for the abs use a combination of ab exercises (bridge holds, crunches ect.) and a good diet. for the chest if you already are skinny or medium build then do pushups and wieghts.

          ive only been boxing 2 weeks and got the fundamentals just wonderin how 2 look gd wen i eventually fight??

                I think you have the wrong mindset. Worry more about looking good technique wise rather than physical appearance for the fight. Having a solid looking body is all a bi-product of training hard which also includes eating right.

                P.S. I don't know if this will help you or anyone else on here but check this site out. Perhaps it will give you an idea of how to make healthy and interesting meals with all the foods that people toss out in this forum.
