    I can already run faster jump higher do exercise longer and my arms are already geting hard and so is my whoel body and my legs everything this si great. Its only been three weeks.

    IF you are on a low carb diet then yes, stay away from all carbs but honestly, if you don't have a fight coming up, nothing wrong with moderate amounts of brown rice or brown pasta

    I would give breads a miss and potatoes in small amounts only. Also try to eat mainly for meals during the day, not the evening meals.
