Well, i would like to ask for a training program for the week. I mean something that can give me an overall training.
I sometimes dont know what to do, or how to organise myself, so a program would really help out. Something to help on stamina, speed, power, etc....so i can be well on all areas.
Im not a pro, im just a regular guy that meanwhile has a lot of free time xD, so what better to do than practice boxing =D.
