Theres one at my gym and it probably has an inch of dust on it but I have used it before I weigh 165 and feel alot more comfortable on a 125 pound bag.

No.If that was the case 125lbers would be hitting 150lb bags. 150lb bags arnt light whatsoever.

Yeah, alot more strength, but ppl dont always think of it like that. Like me I work at least an hour straight on the heavybag at my gym. When I see other ppl they rarely do 5 rounds straight on it.Its like wtf?

Its good, but you also gotta be a hardhitter to have any significance. If you're hitting the bag,and its not budging then you're hurting yourself and your confidence. It would be nice to see a video of you hitting it so I can see for myself.

It also depends on where you hit the bag too.Like me I hit the 150lb bag at my gym in the middle, where its hard.If I hit high,I'm going to be hitting the part where there really isnt alot of sand, therefore it moves alot.To me thats for ppl showing off.A 15 year old can make it move alot of they hit the bag high, but punching in the middle where alot of the sand is is the best place to hit.It can make you alot stronger in your punching power by doing it like that.

yeah hitting the middle definatly is better than hitting to top and builds alot more power up.
I like the real heavy water bags myself, we have a real real heavy one at my gym and it barely moves but becaus it moves in when hit it gives a real good effect of what it's like to hit an opponent.
I'd love to have a 200 pound bag but i could never afford one.
