    Whey protein milshake

I wanna lose 5 kg's, is this a yes or a no for the diet, even if I use it as a meal replacement for sum snacks.

Well, it should be good if you are going high protein/low carb diet.

But don't just live on shakes, have all kinds of proteins and don't forget fats like from Peanut butter or fish oil.

whey shake + skim milk is an awesome addition to either muscle gain or lose weight or both.

It's low fat, 40-ish g's of protein, 15-ish g's of carbs. Plus milk is a bomb stomache filler, mood enhancer, fat burner, strength gainer.

Counting calories had been proven to be overrated, even if you go on a calorie deficit the lost weight will comeback when you stop starving.

It is better to go on a low carb/high protein diet and eat 6-7 small meals a day, eat clean and don't think of calorie counting and you will lose weight, especially if you are boxing as well.
