I'm 15, and I used to box before I developed a boxer's fracture on my capitate and stopped boxing. I need everything, from nutrition plan and workout program. It's extremely hard to run due to shin splints from constantly skateboarding, so I prefer pylometrics over running. I need everything, and lots of help getting back into it. I want to be cut and in shape as soon as possible so I can get back into it. What I really really need to work on is a program to re vamp my abs and chest, but crunches never really cut it for me, I want something that will work very quick and doesn't require lots of equipment. I really would appreciate any help I can get, and I'd love for somebody to give me a workout program to get where I want to be ASAP, and I'd love for any help that anybody provides. Thanks everybody.

yea i used to skae for 5 years when i was 14 when i started too. took my ankles a whiel to recover.
if ur lookinmg to bulk up i can help there i think
this is the plan i made/followed there is more but i had 24/7 acces to a gym so i was going 2 times a day and have more equipment, i also cut out wich u said u could do
progressive overload style=*
progressive overload is where u start with a comfertable weight not heavy but not light either and after each set increase the weight by 5-10 maybe even 20lbs depend on your comfort after a week increase your starting wieght
warm-up-skipping or running-i prefer to skipp
push-ups
20-25-30-25-20
bycicle variation
20-25-30-25-20
side to side box jumping (stand beside a bench and jump from side to side over it repatedly
20-25-30-25-20
bench press*
12-10-8-6
repeat again inculding warm-up
no move to your boxing drils and etc
speed bag
3mins x4
heavy bag
2 min light work
2 min conditoning punching-nonstop 1-2.1-2-3,and etc(if you feal sick orlike you going to faint stop, drink some water keep moveing for 5 mins light skip or somthing then try it again)
2 min power punching
2 min combonation work
drink lots of water and take 1-2 min breaks between sets
then sparring if availabe
as for diet i ate mostly this
Morning-around 8-9
scrabled eggs-(3 eggs)
brown non buttered-2 slices
2-3 glasses of OJ
and a bannana
workout-930 ish noramlly takes a couple hours
lunch 12-1
tuna sandwich with lettuce
couple glasses of milk
and some fruit, normally a apple or bannana
supper is always the best-7-8
veggies (either corn or peas normally)
pasta or some kind of meat noramlly ham or steak
and ofcoaurse that good ole bannana
workout-
i had light snacks in between tho wich were noramlly either tuna sanwiches or more pasta or u guessed it a bannana

dont follow all that **** above^^^^^ just joint a boxing club. you dont diet at 15 its just daft, also seriouly do you think you can fit all that in 1 day with school and everything? you natrual weight will come. just go a boxing club 2 times a week.

join a boxing gym ASAP, and dont be sayin u want **** quick. its gotta come gradually. i agree with what msagrain said about the time in one day and the dieting ****. u gotta join a boxing gym and u gotta run, PERIOD!
